When will my order ship?

Other shipping & delivery info
We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
We do not offer signature confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Shipping is nonrefundable. We cannot ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Multiple orders cannot be combined after they are created.
How do sale items work?
All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges?
If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online. Trucide will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your (I-#####) along with a brief description of your issue.
Trucide.store does not offer store credit for any reason, including for returns or exchanges.
Item Availability
Merchandise availability on Trucide.store is subject to change. If, after adding an item to cart, you receive a message reading "Selected quantity is not available at this time," please wait and attempt to add the item at a later time.
If an order is placed and an item is out of stock, we will automatically refund your original payment method and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after the order is made, the item will be refunded to you and the remaining items will be processed and shipped as normal.
Tracking my order?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
Returns?
For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 14 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition with tags. Please contact trucideclothing@gmail.com for all order and return inquiries. Trucide will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your (I-#####) along with a brief description of your issue.
Return shipping is non-refundable.
Return requests will be denied for suspected resellers.
Payments?
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
We carry out pre-authorization checks on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.
